Soundtrack of My Life

Since I got my iPod I’ve been using it anytime I could, even when it’s just a ten-minute walk to the bakery.

It’s strange how the world changes with your own musical score. A walk across that one ugly bridge in the dark suddenly with Pink Martini’s version of „Que Sera, Sera“ playing in my ears suddenly makes everything around appear less ugly and dark. With Gil Fuller’s „Be’s That Way“ as my companion I suddenly feel like I’m not in the smalltown that I live in but taking a stroll in New York City.

It’s funny what music can do to your world. Fortunately I have a really great soundtrack to live to.
